Utility Room

Just when you thought Jimmy was nearly done...here we go again. We need to build a utility room out in the underbuild so its like turning the clock back again..order more 4x2's !! So Stevie gets on with framing out assisted by Ian whilst Jimmy is at work...so I missed most of this job. Ready for roughing out by electrician and plumber. The cables you see are for networking, tv distribution etc. Look a door with a handle!!!!
Door fitted, this will be clad on the outside and window fitted, ducting is for the heat recovery and ventilation system...
The door from the outside, used the same cladding to keep the theme going..
Electrician has roughed out... so we need insulation here..its ordered due on Tuesday!
Yup progress has been slowed somewhat...going through a faze of not enjoying it anymore so need to get the finger out and get going! So start insulating the room with Kingspan..
Then back onto a job that I actually enjoy! Plasterboarding! The machine was back out to let me do the ceiling single handed...
This is the most complex room to do as it is the central hub of the house, all wiring, TV, network points all come to here!
